DIRECT OBSERVATION

Sometimes we may feel that in order to understand a certain issue it would be helpful to observe students in their natural environment: the school. This could be a very effective way of assessing themes such as behavioural difficulties, social dynamics within the class, staff implementation of programmes, or gathering a better understanding of resources and routines.
